The Fire Within is a 5-day immersive retreat for singles and couples designed to help you reconnect with your body, emotional truth, desire, and vitality. Through embodiment practices, nervous-system literacy, relational exercises, movement, guided connection spaces, and emotional honesty, participants learn how to feel more present, connected, energized, and fully engaged in life again.
