About Me
In 2015, a conversation changed the direction of my life.
What began as an evening of orgasmic meditation became a moment of clarity. I saw how much of our lives remains unspoken.
Desire goes unnamed.
Fantasy stays private.
Needs are hinted at rather than expressed.
Important conversations are postponed, sometimes for years.
Yet these unseen parts of ourselves continue shaping our relationships, choices, and capacity for intimacy.
That recognition shaped my work.
Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many adults are capable, accomplished and successful, yet quietly disconnected from parts of themselves. The same relational challenges repeat, not because people lack intelligence, but because few have been taught how to navigate desire, vulnerability, power and emotional truth.
I hold a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where I studied how systems behave under pressure. Through the study of BDSM, tantra, somatic practices and trauma, I discovered a similar principle in human relationships:
Intensity without containment overwhelms.
With clear agreements, responsibility and care, intensity becomes a pathway to intimacy, self-discovery and connection.
Today, my work combines intellectual rigor and embodied presence to help people engage desire with greater awareness, honesty and capacity.
